Avian-X Power Butt Kicker Duck Decoys: Realistic Motion for Waterfowl Hunting
The Avian-X Power Butt Kicker Duck Decoy Pack (AVX-PBKHD) brings lifelike motion to your duck spread with its innovative kicking tail design. This 2-pack includes one Mallard hen and one Drake, giving hunters a balanced and natural-looking setup. The Power Butt Kicker system uses a battery-powered mechanism that creates a rhythmic kicking motion, simulating a duck dabbling or splashing on the water’s surface — one of the most effective ways to attract wary waterfowl.
Avian-X is widely recognized as a leader in premium waterfowl decoys. The Power Butt Kicker series combines highly detailed, UV-resistant plastic bodies with a powerful and reliable motion system. Unlike static decoys, these motion decoys create constant movement that catches the attention of passing ducks, especially in low-light conditions or when birds are circling at a distance. The included Mallard hen and Drake provide both visual variety and realistic pairing behavior that hunters have come to expect from high-end decoy spreads.

Why Choose the Avian-X Power Butt Kicker Duck Decoys
The Avian-X Power Butt Kicker Duck Decoy Pack (AVX-PBKHD) stands out from traditional static decoys by adding constant, realistic motion to your spread. Many hunters have found that motion decoys significantly increase their success rate, especially on pressured birds or during late-season hunts when ducks have become more cautious. The kicking action mimics natural feeding behavior, which helps draw ducks into shooting range more effectively than motionless decoys alone.
Each decoy in this pack features Avian-X’s signature attention to detail, including accurate coloration, feather patterns, and body posture. The Mallard hen and Drake combination provides both visual contrast and natural pairing dynamics that real ducks respond to. The Power Butt Kicker system is designed for reliability in cold weather and wet conditions, making it a dependable choice for serious waterfowl hunters. Whether you’re hunting over small potholes or large bodies of water, these motion decoys add a level of realism that can make a noticeable difference in your hunt.

Ideal Applications for the Avian-X Power Butt Kicker Duck Decoys
The Avian-X Power Butt Kicker Duck Decoy Pack is an excellent addition to any waterfowl hunter’s arsenal. These motion decoys are particularly effective when hunting over small ponds, flooded timber, or river backwaters where ducks can see movement from a distance. The realistic kicking action helps create the illusion of a safe, active feeding area, which is especially useful during late season when birds have seen many static spreads.
Many hunters combine the Power Butt Kicker decoys with traditional Avian-X or other high-quality static decoys to create a more dynamic and convincing spread. The included Mallard hen and Drake provide good visual variety and help replicate natural duck behavior. These decoys are also popular among hunters who want to add motion without the bulk and complexity of larger mechanical decoy systems. Their reliable performance and realistic appearance make them a favorite among both seasoned waterfowl hunters and those looking to improve their current decoy spread.
This decoy pack is especially popular among waterfowl hunters, duck hunting guides, and serious outdoorsmen who want to add realistic motion to their spreads.
