Premium #5.5 Heavy Contour Barrel
The Bergara HMR Pro is equipped with a 24-inch #5.5 heavy contour barrel, which provides exceptional rigidity and heat dissipation for sustained long-range shooting. The heavy profile helps minimize barrel whip and vibration, resulting in tighter groups and improved accuracy at extended distances. Bergara’s cold hammer-forged barrels are known throughout the industry for their outstanding precision, and the #5.5 contour on this model strikes an excellent balance between weight and performance. The 25 Creedmoor cartridge pairs perfectly with this barrel, offering flat trajectories and excellent long-range ballistics.
Mini Chassis System for Superior Stability
The HMR Pro features Bergara’s Mini Chassis, which provides a rigid and stable platform for the action and barrel. This chassis design enhances accuracy by reducing flex and improving overall rigidity compared to traditional stocks. The Grey/Black color scheme offers a modern tactical look while the ergonomic design allows for comfortable shooting from various positions. The chassis also provides multiple mounting points for accessories such as bipods, slings, and additional rails, making it highly adaptable for competition or field use.

Why Choose the Bergara HMR Pro 25 Creedmoor?
Bergara has established itself as a leader in precision rifle manufacturing, and the HMR Pro series represents one of their most popular platforms for competitive and long-range shooting. The combination of the #5.5 heavy barrel, Mini Chassis, and 25 Creedmoor chambering creates a rifle that excels at long distances while remaining relatively manageable in weight. The 25 Creedmoor offers excellent ballistics with lower recoil than larger magnum cartridges, making it easier to shoot accurately during extended range sessions. The Mini Chassis provides a solid foundation that enhances accuracy and allows for easy accessory mounting. For precision shooters and competitors looking for a factory rifle that delivers match-grade performance right out of the box, the Bergara HMR Pro 25 Creedmoor is an outstanding choice.
Long-Range Performance and Accuracy
The 25 Creedmoor cartridge has gained significant popularity in precision rifle circles due to its excellent long-range performance and manageable recoil. When paired with the Bergara #5.5 heavy barrel, this rifle is capable of delivering sub-MOA accuracy at extended distances. The heavy contour helps maintain consistent point of impact even during rapid fire strings, which is critical in competition settings.
Stable Platform for Precision Shooting
The Mini Chassis system on the HMR Pro provides a rigid interface between the action and stock, reducing movement and improving overall accuracy. This design is particularly beneficial for shooters who use bipods or rear bags, as the chassis helps maintain consistent contact and stability. The Grey/Black finish not only looks sharp but also provides a durable, non-reflective surface suitable for both range and field use.
