Flash Forged Technology (FFT) Carbon Fiber Stock
The standout feature of the Mesa FFT is Christensen Arms’ revolutionary Flash Forged Technology. This advanced manufacturing process produces a carbon fiber stock that is dramatically lighter than traditional composite or wood stocks while offering superior strength and stability. The FFT stock significantly reduces the overall weight of the rifle, making it ideal for hunters who cover long distances on foot or hunt in steep, rugged terrain. Despite its light weight, the stock maintains exceptional rigidity, helping to deliver consistent shot placement at long range.

6.5 PRC Cartridge with 22-Inch Barrel
Chambered in the high-performance 6.5 PRC (Precision Rifle Cartridge), this Mesa FFT is optimized for long-range hunting. The 6.5 PRC offers excellent velocity, a flat trajectory, and strong terminal performance on medium to large game. The 22-inch barrel maximizes the cartridge’s potential by increasing muzzle velocity compared to shorter barrels, resulting in better downrange energy and reduced bullet drop. This combination makes the rifle particularly effective for western hunting scenarios where shots beyond 400 yards are common.
Buckmasters Black/Orange Edition
This model features the official Buckmasters Black and Orange color scheme on the FFT stock. The bold, high-visibility color combination not only provides a distinctive look but also pays tribute to the Buckmasters organization. The Black/Orange FFT stock gives the rifle a modern, aggressive appearance that stands out in the field and in any gun collection.
Ultra-Lightweight Backcountry Performance
One of the biggest advantages of the Christensen Arms Mesa FFT is its remarkably low weight. The combination of the Flash Forged Technology carbon fiber stock and other weight-saving design elements results in a rifle that is significantly lighter than traditional bolt-action rifles in the same caliber. This makes it an outstanding choice for backcountry hunters, mountain hunters, and anyone who needs to hike long distances while carrying their rifle and gear.
