The CASCADE is CVA’s first ever bolt-action rifle. Long the leader in both muzzleloading and single-shot centerfires, CVA has applied its 50 years of experience into making what they feel to be the best bolt-action centerfire rifles on the market. All CASCADE rifles feature a 4140 carbon steel barrel finished in Cerakote ®. Muzzles are threaded and ready for either a muzzle brake or suppressor. The CASCADE bolt design incorporates a 70° throw for smooth and fast operation, as well as generous scope clearance. The barreled action fits perfectly into their own fiberglass reinforced stock, which features dual front swivel studs and a full inch of length-of-pull adjustment.

CASCADE XT (X-Treme) is their new “precision-oriented” member of the CASCADE family. Several key features make it the perfect multiple-purpose rifle for many hunters. First, the heavier #5 taper fluted barrel adds stability and improves balance, while also allowing the firing of multiple shots without accuracy loss due to excessive barrel heating. Next, their radial muzzle brake greatly reduces recoil, making the XT very comfortable to shoot both on the range and in the field, even in heavier calibers. And lastly, the XT’s tactical-style bolt knob provides better leverage for faster manipulation of the bolt, especially from the prone position.
