The Derya EX1400 SXS (Model EX14001224, UPC 810216300036) is a classic 12 gauge side-by-side double barrel shotgun that combines traditional styling with modern manufacturing quality. Featuring 24-inch barrels, a black finished receiver, and a handsome Turkish walnut stock, this shotgun offers reliable performance at an affordable price. Whether you’re a hunter, sport shooter, or collector looking for a functional and attractive side-by-side, the Derya EX1400 delivers excellent value and classic double-gun handling characteristics.

Classic Side-by-Side Design

The Derya EX1400 is built in the traditional side-by-side configuration, offering the balance, pointability, and quick handling that side-by-side shotguns are known for. The two barrels are arranged horizontally, providing a wide field of view and natural pointing characteristics that many shooters prefer over over-under designs. This layout makes the EX1400 particularly well-suited for upland bird hunting, clay target shooting, and general field use where fast target acquisition is essential.

24-Inch Barrels

This model is equipped with 24-inch barrels, which provide an excellent balance between maneuverability and shot pattern performance. The shorter barrel length makes the shotgun quick to shoulder and swing, ideal for hunting in thick cover or for sporting clays where rapid target engagement is required. The barrels are finished to match the black receiver, giving the shotgun a sleek, modern appearance while maintaining traditional side-by-side aesthetics.

Turkish Walnut Stock and Forend

The Derya EX1400 features a Turkish walnut stock and forend that provide both beauty and functionality. The rich grain of the walnut adds a touch of elegance to the shotgun while offering a comfortable and secure grip. The wood is finished to highlight its natural beauty and is designed to withstand the rigors of regular field use. The classic straight or pistol grip configuration (depending on exact variant) promotes instinctive shooting and comfortable shouldering for a wide range of shooters.
