Die Free Co. has become well-known for producing high-quality AK grips that enhance the shooting experience. The Iron Palm Grip series takes the traditional AK grip design and refines it with better ergonomics, making it one of the most popular upgrades available for the AK platform.

Classic Bakelite Orange Aesthetic

The standout feature of this grip is its authentic Bakelite Orange finish. This color closely replicates the look of original Soviet and Eastern European Bakelite grips found on classic AK rifles. The vibrant orange hue gives your AK a distinctive, period-correct appearance that stands out from standard black polymer grips. This makes the Die Free Co Iron Palm Grip an excellent choice for builders creating historically inspired AKs, as well as those who simply appreciate the bold, iconic look of Bakelite furniture.

Enhanced Ergonomics with Palm Swell Design

Unlike traditional flat AK grips, the Iron Palm Grip features a pronounced palm swell that fills the shooter’s hand naturally. This ergonomic contour reduces the need to over-grip the rifle, leading to better control, reduced hand fatigue, and improved accuracy during rapid fire. The grip’s shape promotes a more consistent and comfortable hand position, which is especially beneficial during extended range sessions or when shooting with gloves.

Aggressive Texturing for Superior Grip

The Die Free Co Iron Palm Grip is covered in aggressive texturing on the front strap and sides. This texture provides excellent traction in all conditions, including wet weather, sweaty hands, or when wearing gloves. Despite its aggressive feel, the texture remains comfortable enough for long-term use without causing irritation. This balance makes the grip highly effective for both recreational shooters and those who use their AK in more demanding environments.

Durable Polymer Construction

Built from high-strength, impact-resistant polymer, this grip is designed to withstand the rigors of regular use. The Bakelite Orange color is molded directly into the material, ensuring it will not fade, chip, or wear off over time. The robust construction maintains its shape and texture even after thousands of rounds, making it a reliable upgrade for any AK owner.
