Kahr Arms CW9 9mm | 3.5-Inch Stainless Steel Barrel | Black Polymer Frame | 7-Round Capacity | Model ZCW90G93 | UPC 151550026860
The Kahr Arms CW9 9mm is a compact, reliable, and well-built concealed carry pistol that offers an excellent balance of size, shootability, and stopping power. This model (ZCW90G93) features a 3.5-inch stainless steel barrel, a matte stainless steel slide, and a durable black polymer frame. With a 7-round magazine capacity, the CW9 provides more firepower than many micro 9mm pistols while still remaining slim and easy to conceal. Known for its smooth double-action-only trigger and quality American manufacturing, the Kahr CW9 is a popular choice among those who want a dependable 9mm carry pistol that doesn’t sacrifice comfort or performance.
3.5-Inch Stainless Steel Barrel
The CW9 is equipped with a 3.5-inch stainless steel barrel that delivers improved velocity and accuracy compared to shorter-barreled compact 9mm pistols. This barrel length provides a noticeable increase in muzzle velocity, resulting in better terminal performance from defensive 9mm ammunition. The stainless steel construction ensures excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability, making the CW9 well-suited for daily carry in a variety of environments.
Matte Stainless Steel Slide
The matte stainless steel slide offers both strength and a professional appearance. Stainless steel provides superior resistance to rust and wear, ensuring the pistol maintains its reliability even after years of carry and use. The matte finish helps reduce glare while giving the CW9 a clean, tactical look. The slide is designed with Kahr’s signature low-profile sights and is engineered for smooth, consistent cycling.
Ergonomic Black Polymer Frame
The CW9 is built on a lightweight black polymer frame that keeps the overall weight down while maintaining excellent strength and durability. The frame features an ergonomic grip angle that promotes natural point of aim and comfortable handling. Textured grip panels provide a secure hold during firing, even in wet or sweaty conditions. Despite its compact size, the CW9 offers a full three-finger grip for most shooters, improving control and accuracy compared to many smaller 9mm pistols.
7-Round Magazine Capacity
The CW9 comes with a 7-round magazine, giving shooters more capacity than many micro-compact 9mm pistols. This additional round can make a meaningful difference in defensive situations. The magazine is designed for reliable feeding and smooth operation, helping ensure consistent performance when it matters most.

Why Choose the Kahr Arms CW9?
The Kahr CW9 stands out in the compact 9mm category by offering a longer 3.5-inch barrel in a still-concealable package. This extra barrel length provides better velocity and a longer sight radius than many competing micro 9mm pistols, resulting in improved accuracy and terminal performance. The matte stainless steel slide adds durability and corrosion resistance, while the black polymer frame keeps the pistol lightweight and comfortable for all-day carry. The smooth double-action-only trigger is one of the best in its class, promoting consistent accuracy under stress. Kahr Arms has earned a strong reputation for building high-quality, American-made compact pistols that deliver reliable performance when it matters most.
Concealed Carry and Performance Balance
The CW9 strikes an excellent balance between concealability and shootability. While it is more compact than full-size 9mm pistols, the 3.5-inch barrel gives it a noticeable advantage in velocity and accuracy over many smaller 9mm options. The slim profile and lightweight polymer frame make it easy to carry comfortably, while the 7-round capacity provides a practical amount of firepower for defensive use.
Reliable and Accurate
Kahr pistols are known for their smooth trigger pulls and inherent accuracy. The CW9’s double-action-only trigger provides a consistent pull from the first shot to the last, helping shooters maintain accuracy during defensive situations. The 3.5-inch barrel offers improved velocity and a longer sight radius, making the CW9 more accurate and effective than many shorter-barreled compact 9mm pistols.
