This Next Gen Pro model features a striking two-tone finish with a black slide and silver frame, giving it a bold and distinctive appearance. Equipped with a 4-inch barrel and chambered in 9mm Luger, this pistol offers a compact yet highly capable package. The optics-ready slide comes with an RMR plate, allowing users to easily mount popular red dot sights for faster target acquisition. With a 9-round magazine capacity, the Kimber 1911 Next Gen Pro delivers the performance, reliability, and craftsmanship that Kimber is known for in a modern, optics-ready configuration.

Kimber continues to lead the industry in premium 1911 manufacturing, and the Next Gen Pro series represents the brand’s commitment to blending traditional 1911 handling with modern enhancements.

Striking Two-Tone Finish

This model features a premium two-tone finish consisting of a black slide paired with a silver-colored frame. The contrast between the black slide and silver frame creates a sharp, eye-catching appearance that sets this pistol apart from standard all-black or stainless models. The finish is not only aesthetically pleasing but also provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability for everyday carry or range use.

Optics-Ready with RMR Plate

The Kimber 1911 Next Gen Pro comes optics-ready with an RMR mounting plate included. This allows shooters to easily install popular red dot sights such as the Trijicon RMR, Holosun, or other compatible optics. The ability to mount a red dot sight significantly improves target acquisition speed and accuracy, especially in low-light conditions. The pistol also retains traditional iron sights as a backup option, giving users maximum flexibility in their sighting setup.

Compact 4-Inch Barrel in 9mm

Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 4-inch barrel, this Next Gen Pro model offers a compact size that is easier to carry and conceal compared to full-size 5-inch 1911s. The 9mm caliber provides lower recoil than traditional .45 ACP while still delivering excellent terminal performance. The 4-inch barrel maintains good velocity and accuracy, making this pistol well-suited for both defensive carry and range use.

Premium Kimber Craftsmanship

Kimber is renowned for its attention to detail and high-quality manufacturing. The 1911 Next Gen Pro features tight tolerances, a crisp trigger, and excellent ergonomics that have made the 1911 platform a favorite for over a century. The two-tone finish enhances the pistol’s visual appeal while the modern optics-ready design brings it into the current era of handgun technology.
