The Ol' Man Shadow Step Climbing Aid OT-600 is a premium climbing stick system designed to provide hunters with safe, quiet, and reliable access to their hang-on and ladder tree stands. Whether you're setting up a new stand location or accessing an existing one, the OT-600 delivers the strength and performance serious hunters need in the field.
Quiet and Stealthy Design
The Shadow Step is engineered with noise reduction as a top priority. Its rubberized steps and silent attachment system help minimize sound during setup and climbing, allowing hunters to remain undetected while entering and exiting their stands. This quiet operation is especially important during early morning or late evening hunts when game animals are most alert to unusual sounds.
Heavy-Duty Construction
Constructed from high-quality steel, the Ol' Man Shadow Step is built to handle repeated use in rugged outdoor conditions. Each step is designed to support significant weight while maintaining stability against the tree. The durable powder-coated finish resists rust and corrosion, ensuring the climbing aid remains reliable season after season, even when left outdoors for extended periods.
Easy and Secure Attachment
The Shadow Step features a user-friendly attachment system that allows for quick and secure installation on a wide variety of tree sizes. The adjustable straps and brackets provide a tight, stable connection that won’t shift or move while climbing. This secure mounting gives hunters confidence as they ascend and descend from their stands, even in low-light conditions.
