The “Ultralite” designation signifies a significantly reduced weight compared to standard models, making it one of the most comfortable and maneuverable 12 gauge semi-autos available for upland hunting.

Why the RETAY ACE Upland Ultralite Stands Out

The RETAY ACE Upland Ultralite was specifically engineered for the demands of upland bird hunting. While many semi-automatic shotguns are built heavy for waterfowl or tactical use, the Ultralite version prioritizes reduced weight without sacrificing reliability or performance. The 24-inch barrel provides excellent maneuverability in thick cover and dense brush where quick shouldering and fast handling are essential. Combined with the premium AA Grade walnut stock, this shotgun offers both classic aesthetics and practical field performance. The inertia operating system ensures clean, reliable cycling with minimal recoil, allowing hunters to stay comfortable during long days of walking and shooting.

The RETAY USA ACE Upland Ultralite is purpose-built for hunters who walk miles in search of game. The reduced weight makes a significant difference during long days in the field, especially when carrying the shotgun for hours at a time. The 24-inch barrel excels in thick cover and dense vegetation where a longer barrel would be cumbersome. Whether you’re hunting pheasants in CRP fields, quail in the Southwest, or ruffed grouse in northern forests, this shotgun offers the perfect combination of lightweight handling and reliable performance.

The AA Grade walnut stock adds a touch of elegance while providing a comfortable, non-slip grip. Many upland hunters prefer the traditional feel and aesthetics of walnut over synthetic stocks, and the ACE Upland Ultralite delivers both beauty and function.
