Designed fo  fit 1/2 x 28 threaded barels, the Samson Pocket Comp for the M&P Shield and Shield 2.0 9mm installs in minutes without the need for gunsmithing. The Samson design uses a threaded interface which protects the barrel threads unlike conventional compensators. The Samson Pocket Comp for M&P 9 Shield blends with the aesthetic lines of the slide, creating the image of a slide extension. Machined from 7075 aircraft-grade billet, the Pocket Comp is Mil-Spec hard coat anodized for durability. The Pocket Comp efficiently reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise, allowing faster recovery between shots. It functionswit the factory recoil spring using a wide range of bullet weights and velocities (124gr or heavier is recommended, may work with 115gr depending on manufacturer and/or environmental conditions).
