The SPRINGFIELD ARMORY M1A PRECISION ADJUSTABLE .308 WIN 10RD FDE is a modernized, high-performance version of the classic M14 battle rifle. Built on the proven M1A platform, this model (MP9220) features a precision adjustable stock finished in Flat Dark Earth (FDE), giving shooters enhanced ergonomics, improved accuracy, and a tactical appearance. Chambered in .308 Winchester, this rifle is designed for precision shooting, long-range hunting, and tactical applications where adjustability and reliability are essential.
Why Choose the Springfield Armory M1A Precision Adjustable?
The M1A Precision Adjustable takes the legendary M1A platform and upgrades it with a modern, fully adjustable stock system. Traditional M1A rifles feature fixed walnut stocks, but this model allows shooters to customize length of pull, cheek height, and comb position for a perfect fit behind the optic. The Flat Dark Earth finish provides a durable, low-visibility tactical look while offering excellent corrosion resistance. With its 10-round magazine capacity and precision-oriented features, this rifle bridges the gap between classic battle rifle performance and modern precision rifle capabilities. Whether you’re engaging targets at distance, hunting in varied terrain, or building a versatile all-around .308 rifle, the M1A Precision Adjustable delivers exceptional value and performance.

The adjustable stock allows shooters to achieve a consistent cheek weld and proper eye alignment with optics, which is critical for precision shooting. The FDE finish not only looks sharp but also provides added protection against the elements. Springfield Armory has maintained the classic M1A strengths — durability, simplicity, and proven function — while adding modern features that today’s shooters demand.
