The Tacfire HG27-15 15" M-LOK Free Float Handguard Full Rail QD is a high-quality, lightweight tactical handguard designed to enhance the performance and customization options of AR-15 and M4-style rifles. Featuring a full-length top Picatinny rail and M-LOK mounting system along the sides and bottom, this 15-inch free-float handguard provides ample space for mounting optics, lights, lasers, grips, and other accessories while maintaining a slim, modern profile. The inclusion of Quick Detach (QD) sling mount points adds versatility for users who require fast and secure sling attachment options.
Why Choose the Tacfire 15" M-LOK Free Float Handguard?
The Tacfire HG27-15 was engineered to deliver excellent value and performance for both recreational shooters and tactical users. As a free-float handguard, it does not contact the barrel, which helps improve accuracy by eliminating pressure points that can affect barrel harmonics. The 15-inch length offers a great balance between increased sight radius, accessory mounting space, and overall rifle maneuverability. The M-LOK system provides a secure, low-profile mounting platform that is lighter than traditional quad rails while still offering strong attachment points. With a full top rail for mounting red dot sights, scopes, or backup iron sights, and QD sling points integrated into the design, this handguard is a practical upgrade for anyone looking to modernize their AR-15 platform.

Performance and Handling
The Tacfire HG27-15 M-LOK Handguard significantly improves both the functionality and aesthetics of an AR-15 rifle. The free-float design ensures that the barrel is not affected by any pressure from accessories or the shooter’s grip, resulting in better accuracy and consistency. The full-length top rail allows for flexible optic placement, while the M-LOK slots provide numerous options for mounting lights, vertical grips, bipods, and cable management accessories.
The integrated QD sling mounts are strategically placed for ambidextrous use, making it easy to attach a single-point or two-point sling quickly. The slim profile of the handguard improves handling and reduces the overall weight of the rifle compared to older quad-rail designs. Whether you’re building a home defense rifle, a competition carbine, or a general-purpose tactical rifle, the Tacfire HG27-15 offers a practical and affordable way to upgrade your platform with modern mounting options and improved ergonomics.
