The TC Powder Funnel / Short Bullet Starter 9105R is a versatile, dual-purpose loading tool designed to make muzzleloader reloading faster, cleaner, and more accurate. Manufactured by Thompson Center Arms, this essential accessory combines a precision powder funnel with a short bullet starter in one convenient tool. Whether you’re using the Thompson Center T17 Prohunter or another .50 caliber inline muzzleloader, this tool helps ensure consistent powder charges and proper projectile seating with minimal effort.
Why Choose the TC Powder Funnel / Short Bullet Starter?
The TC Powder Funnel / Short Bullet Starter 9105R is an indispensable accessory for any serious muzzleloader shooter. Pouring loose powder directly into a muzzleloader barrel can be messy and inconsistent, while seating a projectile without the right tool can be difficult and time-consuming. This dual-function tool solves both problems in one compact design. The integrated powder funnel allows for clean, accurate pouring of black powder or black powder substitutes, while the short bullet starter provides the leverage needed to start the projectile straight into the rifling. By combining two essential tools into one, Thompson Center has created a practical and efficient solution that saves space in your range bag or hunting pack while improving your overall loading experience.

Performance and Handling
The TC Powder Funnel / Short Bullet Starter 9105R is designed to improve both the speed and consistency of the muzzleloading process. The funnel portion directs powder smoothly into the barrel without spilling, helping shooters maintain accurate and repeatable powder charges. This is especially important for hunters who want consistent velocities and tight groups from their muzzleloader.
The short bullet starter section provides the necessary leverage to start the projectile into the rifling without damaging the bullet or the muzzle crown. This is particularly useful when using saboted projectiles or when loading in cold weather when hand strength may be reduced. The compact size makes it easy to keep on hand during a hunt, allowing for quick and efficient reloading in the field. Whether you’re at the range practicing or in the woods pursuing game, this tool helps streamline the loading process while promoting safer and more consistent results.
