The ProTech TR-4 SW/PL Black with Feather TR-4F5 is a premium tactical automatic knife from ProTech’s robust TR-4 series. This model features a black-coated blade with a combination serrated wave and plain edge, paired with a distinctive Feather-textured handle that provides exceptional grip and a unique aesthetic in a larger, high-performance automatic knife.
Why Choose the ProTech TR-4F5?
ProTech Knives is one of the most respected American manufacturers of high-quality automatic knives. The TR-4 series was developed as a larger and more capable platform than the TR-3, offering increased blade length and strength for users who need more cutting power. The TR-4F5 model stands out with its SW/PL (Serrated Wave / Plain Edge) blade configuration and signature Feather handle texture. The Serrated Wave opener allows for rapid manual deployment when drawn from a pocket, while the automatic mechanism provides instant push-button opening. The Feather texture on the handle delivers a refined yet highly functional grip that is both comfortable and secure. The all-black finish gives the knife a professional, low-profile tactical appearance. This combination of features makes the ProTech TR-4 SW/PL Black with Feather TR-4F5 an excellent choice for tactical professionals, law enforcement, and serious knife collectors.
