The ProTech TR-4 SW/PL Black with Safety TR4.1 is a premium tactical automatic knife from ProTech’s TR-4 series. This model features a black-coated blade with a combination serrated wave and plain edge, along with an integrated safety mechanism, making it one of the most versatile and secure automatic knives in ProTech’s lineup.
Why Choose the ProTech TR-4 TR4.1?
ProTech Knives is one of the most respected American manufacturers of high-performance automatic knives. The TR-4 series was developed as a larger, more robust platform compared to the TR-3, offering increased blade length and strength for demanding applications. The TR4.1 model stands out with its SW/PL (Serrated Wave / Plain Edge) blade configuration and built-in safety. The Serrated Wave opener allows for rapid manual deployment when drawn from a pocket, while the automatic mechanism provides instant push-button opening. The integrated safety lock adds an extra layer of security, preventing accidental deployment when carrying the knife. The all-black finish provides a discreet, low-profile tactical appearance. This combination of features makes the ProTech TR-4 SW/PL Black with Safety TR4.1 an excellent choice for law enforcement, military personnel, and serious knife enthusiasts.
