Authentic Full Blowback Action

One of the standout features of this air pistol is its full blowback operation. Every time you pull the trigger, the slide cycles rearward with realistic force and sound, just like a real firearm. This blowback action not only enhances the shooting experience but also helps develop proper grip, trigger control, and follow-through — making it an excellent training tool for 1911 shooters. The realistic recoil impulse provides valuable feedback that helps improve shooting fundamentals.

Officially Licensed Ruger SR1911

Umarex has partnered with Ruger to produce an officially licensed replica of the SR1911. This means the air pistol features authentic Ruger markings, trademarks, and styling that true 1911 enthusiasts will appreciate. From the slide serrations and controls to the overall profile, the Umarex Ruger SR1911 stays true to the original design while offering the safety and convenience of a CO2-powered airgun.

Competition-Ready Features

The “Competition” designation on this model indicates several performance enhancements. It typically includes an improved trigger, enhanced sights, and a design optimized for accuracy and speed.
